Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any monthly rent or service fees?

Not directly, you only pay per parcel thats being shipped out for the beginning. If your inventory stays untouched in our warehouse and you are not making any orders we start collecting a warehouse fee after a couple of months.

How much do i pay per parcel?

That really depends on the amount of parcels and orders per month

What is the maximum size for products?

Your products must fit a DHL XL package: 120 x 60 x 60 cm (max 20kg)

Where can the products be shipped?

We only ship to Germany at the moment

What provider do you use for shipping?

We are using DHL only for shipping. Once a day DHL picks up the parcels from our warehouse to ship them out directly to your customers.

Do you handle returns?

Yes, we can handle the returns for you. You just need to choose what happens your returns: recycle or dispose, send back to custom address, add back to your inventory
